Populating the garden

When you move into a new house and get yourself settled in a little bit it’s not long before you start thinking of making improvements and this time of year you should be considering the garden if you want it to reflect your tastes by the summer.

Obviously you can confine your interests to small plants but if you want to make a major impression the way to go is at the larger end of the scale with things like Plum trees and the various fruit tree varieties according to your own tastes. Not only so these look quite nice but you get fresh fruit too. Most people don’t even think of fruit trees and plump for the common options of fir trees and the like but it’s really hard to beat the attractions of a selection of fruit trees in any garden.

Incidently, don’t forget that the fruit trees often come with beautiful flowers too.
