Moving from sedentary to active
Now that I’ve got the Child Development exam out of the way my last excuse for moving from a very sedentary lifestyle to a more active one has gone.
Anyway, that means that I’ll finally be getting around to signing up for the gym again. Snag is that all that laying around studying has added to the pounds around the waistline which in turn makes the exercise more difficult.
Fortunately these days there’s a wide range of weight loss supplements around with many designed not only to actually reduce the weight but also to make you feel good about doing it. Sounds silly that you’d need something to make you feel good about losing weight but it does tend to be a bit depressing in the early days as you never seem to lose it quite so fast as you think you should be.
