Losing weight and getting fit
These days there’s a whole industry based on the combination of getting you fit and getting the weight off you.
Sadly, the only really effective way so far is to really work at it through a combination of improving your diet and taking more exercise. The quick fixes get broken equally quickly: lose a kilo in a week and you’re pretty much sure to put it on just as quickly.
However, it’s not always easy to get out to a health club or gym as often as you’d either need to or like to. For that matter, there are many people who’d just feel too darned embarrassed to venture over the door of a health club. That’s where your own fitness equipment can come in. That gives you the chance to get yourself at least on the way to being semi-fit before you start to up the ante via a health club or alternatively it’ll let you do a little more exercise at home for those times when you really can’t fit in the gym time.
