A Time of Magic

Thanks to a leak in the bathroom we find ourselves having to think about redoing pretty much all of the kitchen at the moment.

As always the smallest of leaks seem to cause damage that’s way out of proportion to the size of the original leak or rather leaks in our case as there were four of them. Anyway, that has us looking at from the granite tile look though to things like a new oven with everything in between.

The hob would actually have been fine but because the oven dropped down which messed up the builtin unit that it was in, which looks like it will mean that all those units will need to be replaced and, of course, the hob isn’t the standard size available these days.

Bit of a nuisance at the moment but I’m sure we’ll enjoy the new kitchen when all the work’s done.
