A Time of Magic

Aside from the greater interest in cooking generally one of the other side-effects of the current popularity of celebrity cooking programmes seems sure to be a move towards the angular sinks used in professional kitchens.

Of course, they’re not called that these days and what you need to ask for are “zero radius sinks” if you’re searching for these for your own kitchen. At the moment they don’t seem to have had the time to move into domestic show rooms so you’ll probably need to look towards commercial suppliers.

Isn’t it fascinating to see how some of these trends get started?
