Soupping up your growth hormones

Thursday, October 21st, 2010

Whilst taking human growth hormone directly is something that’s probably not a great idea unless under strict medical supervision, getting your body to produce more of the hormone is a different matter.

For that, sites like www.besthghreleasers.com list the products which can act to stimulate your body to produce more HGH by itself, thus avoiding all kinds of issues surrounding the source of the HGH and potential allergies to alien HGH (ie HGH not produced by your own body).

Expensive enough but seemingly a popular thing to do.

An old timer diet pill

Thursday, October 21st, 2010

We’re so used to all the latest diet pills appearing on the shelves and displacing the old ones that you’d think those oldies had no longer any use.

However, many of the newbies are based on what’ll probably turn out to be short lived fads whereas something like phenterminedietpill.org which has been on the shelves since 1959 will probably still be there in another 50 years time. Whether it’s any use for you is another matter though: as always with these things you need to choose the pill that does what you need done.

Clearing yourself out

Thursday, October 21st, 2010

Along with all the diet pills, a colon cleanser is often suggested to clear yourself out before or during an exercise programme.

Whether that’s such a great idea or not I’m not so sure. In principle it might sound like a great idea to clear out your colon but that’s where a whole bunch of helpful bacteria live: clear those out and you’re going to have to repopulate your colon with a set of the helpful bacteria or you’re going to have problems.

The other downside is that these things can be pretty severe on the system, so keep an eye on that.
